 Activa Naturals Greens Superfood Powder has a natural berry flavor. I expected it to be pink, because this is the most common color associated with berries, but it’s actually green. Keep in mind that this powder is very sweet when adding it to your drinks. I tried it with plain kefir. It basically turned my drink into a berry flavored yogurt. It was quite delicious. I can see it drinking with water too, but not any juice or smoothie. The berry flavor is quite strong and sweet. The instructions are very simple, 1 scoop per 8 ounces of liquid. The scoop is inside the jar.

I like the ingredients, and the health effects on my body. One cup of this drink contains your body’s daily need for fruits and vegetables. As a vegetarian I consume more fruits and Veggies than an average non-vegetarian person. However I still don’t think that I get enough of full nutrients, especially during the winter. I always feel more energized after I drink a cup of my Greens Super Food.
