Health Labs Vitamin C

I like Health Labs Vitamin C because it is supplemented with the rose hips. It provides the extra strength that my body so desperately needs during the winter. The high potent Vitamin C is an excellent support for my immune system.

The ingredients are quite amazing. 50% are the citrus complex: concentrate from lemons, oranges, grapefruit, limes and tangerines. It also contains some calcium and magnesium.
I love the effects. My immune system is getting stronger. I stopped getting colds every 2 weeks. I feel more energized.

Organic Matcha Superfood Blend

I love matcha! I love everything about it. The quality is supreme! It’s as fine as a flour. It’s organic. It’s healthy. It has the amazing bitter-ish taste of the matcha green tea. There are so many ways to use it. My favorite recipe is very simple and fast.

Matcha Milk
1. Mix 1 teaspoon in a glass of milk.
2. Microwave it till for about a minute. All microwaves are different. Make sure not to boil your milk.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of honey
4. Microwave for another 30 seconds
5. Stir it well and enjoy.

I like that it gives me some extra energy in the morning, and relaxes me before going to bed. It magically listens to what your body needs :) What makes this matcha blend unique is that it’s mixed with cacao and maca. The flavor is quite incredible.

This hot yoga towel is perfect! It has the corner pockets where you can slid your yoga mat. Isn’t that genius? It doesn’t slip at all. Microfiber helps with absorbing sweat. At the same time it’s soft and pleasant, and doesn’t scratch your bare skin. The dark color hides all the sweat stains. I’m very happy with the quality. It’s worth every penny you spend on it. I’m seriously considering buying another one to use it when the other one is in the laundry. The price is quite reasonable.
 

Allurials Hair Conditioner

OMG! What a lovely scent! I’m in love with this hair conditioner!! I love all the natural components. The scent is divine. My hair feels much stronger immediately after the first use. The longer I use it the better progress I see. My hair is very shiny and silky. I see less split ends than before. This used to be a big problem. Ladies with long hair will understand. The conditioner makes it so easy to brush the hair! I can even sleep with my hair loose and wake up without dreadlocks. It doesn’t make it greasy at all! I can wash my hair once every 3 days. I’m really impressed to have found this gem.
